HTS/Amptek Heating Tapes are constructed of unique moderate and high temperature components. We make them available as follows:

  • Knitted Mono-Tape Element, 1/2" to 2" wide. (1 wire)
  • Knitted Duo-Tape Element, 1/2" and 1" wide. (2 wire)
  • Silicone Rubber Extruded Bulk mono and Duo-Tape
  • Insulated Multi Strand Resistance Wire, bunched and braided.

Applications:

Some typical applications are OEM tracing heaters for flexible heated hose and tubing bundles. Knitted tape elements are applied used as integral heaters, embedded in resin for mold and composite tools. Embedded tape elements provide uniform heat for composite vessel temperature maintenance.
